Ophthalmaxx stores practice and ASC account information: legal name, addresses, NPI, tax ID, and buyer contacts. We do not store patient health records, medical charts, or payment cards.

Access to customer records is limited to Ophthalmaxx administrators. Approvals and portal-link changes are written to an audit log.

Payment is collected by the supplier on their own checkout. This site is not HIPAA-certified because it does not hold protected health information.
